5 Days in Jeju Island : Part 3 of 4

What is the must have food when you're in South Korea?

To me, it is simply Korean Fried Chicken. Just any fried chicken they offer, whether it is with or without sauce. In a box or in a cup. Gimme all of them!

And also, we went to a sex themed park and then more food and drinks.

Aewol Cafes and Sunset

There are quite a lot of cafes around this place. Like A LOT. So go look around and grab yourself a cup of coffee.

Depending on where you park, you might have to pay for parking here which may cost roughly 2,000 won ($1.68) each time.

If you happen to have time later in the evening for a dinner or coffee, do come here to enjoy the view while the sun is setting.

The Cafe and Store

OK, here's the deal.

Do look around at the Tea Museum but do not stop and snack at the main O'sulloc cafe. Walk a bit further in and reach the Innisfree Jeju House and survey for yourself. I believe the food and treats there are a bit more special and slightly cheaper too.

Entrace and parking are both free and there are plenty of parking spots available at few different places right around the main entrance.

Food Verdict

Albeit the food we had was pretty alright, it wasn't worth the price and not as presentable as those you can find in Innisfree Jeju House.

Remember to go survey around before snacking on anything here.

Green Tea Field

There is a vast green tea field right opposite of the Green Tea Museum, no entrance free required and you can take as much photo as you wish.

Of course, do not harm any of the plant.

You can also take the lift + stairs up to the rooftop, about 3 floors high, right inside the Tea Museum building to get a full landscape view of the green tea field.

Sex Themed Park

There isn't much to do here aside from looking at all the naked statues. Surprisingly there wasn't much youngster who went but there were plenty of senior citizens that came by tour buses. And I gotta say, they were pretty much excited at what they saw.

Admission fee is not cheap though for a park with nothing much to do but I do admire its existence. Never come, never know. Lol!

Jeju Mysterious Road (๋„๊นจ๋น„ / ์‹ ๋น„์˜ ๋„๋กœ)

This stretch of road is right outside of Jeju Loveland. So if you are already here, remember to not miss out!

I have no photo or video of the road but there are signs on one side of the road stating where it begins and where you should stop.

You can also stand at the roadside and watch what others are doing. Whoever is interested should check it out!

Korean Pizza

This may sound weird, but pizza in South Korea is the bomb!

Specifically their Domino's Pizza (๋„๋ฏธ๋…ธํ”ผ์ž).

They are not cheap though, compare to what I can get in my own country of course. Haha. It could be just me but do yourself a favor and go try it out if you haven't already.

Tips : Walk-in customers, asking for take away are entitled to around 20% discount.

Side dishes and drinks

Of course it is also a good idea to grab yourself some Mandu (๋งŒ๋‘) and a bottle of wine or some beer on the way home ;)

There is a Starbucks on the same row of this Domino's Pizza store. So I actually hung out there while waiting for my pizza to be made.

Bring yourself a partner in crime because there are just way too many food and drinks to try.

Cashless Starbucks Store

This is a first for me. This store actually does not accept cash but interesting concept nevertheless.

As mentioned above, I was here for Domino's and parking at opposite Lotte Mart (๋กฏ๋ฐ๋งˆํŠธ) is free!

Banana Cream Pie Frappuccino (๋ฐ”๋‚˜๋‚˜ํฌ๋ฆผํŒŒ์ดํ”„๋ผํ‘ธ์น˜๋…ธ)

One of the best non-coffee beverages I have ever had from Starbucks. The pudding inside was in banana flavour, drowned in a pool of strawberry milk frappucinno that came with a dome-like tart crust on the top. 100% would love to drink this again.
